- T-38C Avionics Post Production Support Draft Performance Work Statement Request for Information for T-38C Avionics Post Production Support The Air Force anticipates awarding a contract for sustaining engineering and Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) for upgrades and sustainment of the T-38C avionics system for the period of 1 January 2012 through 31 December 2012, with possibly 4 additional one-year options. This RFI is intended to provide the Air Force with an understanding of the technology and resources available within industry to support this immediate effort.
