- Description
- The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) intends to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Financial System Support Services. An RFP will be available on FedBizOpps approximately on or about November 16, 2010. The primary purpose of the requirement is to acquire hosting, application support, business services and transaction processing support that is provided in a manner that allows for economies of scale, skill and experience and cost containment that would pass yearly to the EEOC. The proposed Financial System Support Services contract must enable implementation of a core financial system, required financial reports, integrate critical system components, interface with existing systems as well as provide high quality production and customer support. The solution must meet all applicable Federal financial systems regulations and guidance. This procurement will be solicited on a full and open basis consistent with Subpart 15.3 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation and EEOC policy. In the interest of full and open competition, EEOC will accept proposals from entities proposing individually or in other business combinations. Using source selection procedures described in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.3, an award is contemplated, to the responsible Offeror whose proposal is responsive to the solicitation requirements and is determined to be the best value to EEOC. The EEOC contemplates an award of a single Firm-Fixed Price contract for this requirement. The period of performance will be for a base period of twenty (20) months from the date of award with five (5) 12-month option periods. The total duration of this contract shall not exceed eighty (80) months, inclusive of option periods under the resultant contract. The solicitation will be made publicly available via the Internet at: https://www.fbo.gov. It is the responsibility of interested parties to regularly monitor https://www.fbo.gov for updates regarding this procurement. The Government will not provide hard copies of the solicitation. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the Website and downloading the solicitation, its attachments, and any amendments from the Internet site identified above when issued. This acquisition is unrestricted regarding business size. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the EEOC. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541512 and small business size standard is $25 million in average annual revenues.
