- B&W Y-12, LLC, (for additional company information, see website www.y12.doe.gov) acting under its Prime Contract No. DE-AC05-00OR22800 with the United States Department of Energy (DOE), invites you to submit a response to this solicitation for a minimum of 31,700 total square feet of leased office space in the Oak Ridge area, in close proximity to the Y-12 National Security Complex. The leased office space will need to accommodate 200-250 personnel with hard walled office and meeting rooms included. The office space will need to be equipped with access controlled doors and a dedicated building access control system that limits access of the leased space to B&W Y-12 personnel only. The leased office space also needs: Modular type office furniture (including; desks, bookcases and chairs) in cubical work spaces and hard walled offices and conference rooms equipped with tables and chairs and a receptionist area. Office space with modular furniture included is a plus. Lease office space requires telecommunications cabling distributed throughout the leased space. Additionally, office space needs are required for break room/kitchen, telecommunications, filing, and office supply and delivery storage areas. 200-250 exclusive parking spaces and routine janitorial, grounds and maintenance services are required. The leased space also requires storage area for paper supplies and other office type consumables. The lease term is for 1 year firm term with option years. Funding commitments are subject to annual funding authorizations. The Lessor will need to perform possible building modifications and various upgrades in a timely manner as move-in/occupancy is planned for November 1, 2010.
