- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The US Army Contracting Command, Mission & Installation Contracting Command, Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, on behalf of the Joint Force Headquarters National Capital Region (JFHQ-NCR), Military District of Washington (MDW), Staff Judge Advocate (SJA), Ft McNair, DC, intends to award a sole-source firm fixed price contract in accordance with Far Subpart 19.8(b) under the expressed authority of 15 U.S.C. 637(a). The JFHQ-NCR/MDW, Fort McNair, DC, SJA has a requirement for courtroom furniture. The Government intends to make a sole source 8(a) award to SJLL Enterprises LLC, 9009 Mendenhall Ct Ste D, Columbia MD 21045-5844. The FSC Code is 7110 and the NAICS Code is 423210. This action will result in a single Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract with a period of performance of forty-five (45) days. The solicitation will not be posted.
