- This announcement constitutes only the pre-solicitation notice ; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued on or around 15 November 2010. Solicitation number AG-82A7-S-10-0112 is being issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation. All applicable provision and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. This electronic announcement constitutes only the pre-solicitation notice being issued. This procurement is being competed under full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 424420, and the small business size standard is 100 employees. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with economic price adjustment for the following requirement: Fresh and frozen meat, poultry, dairy, canned goods, baking and fruit items to 28 Job Corps Centers throughout the continental United States(specific locations will be listed in the solicitation) Please reference solicitation # AG-82A7-S-10-0112 on all correspondence. All proposals must be sent ATT Joel Bartholomew and received at 740 Simms St Golden, CO 80401 by 15 December 2010 at 4:00pm (MST) electronic proposal responses will not be accepted. Proposals must be valid for 120 days after the date that the proposals are due. NO PARTIAL AWARDS WILL BE MADE. Please acknowledge all requirements of the RFP and ensure all required documents are submitted with your proposal.
