- Description
- The services required under this procurement are transportation of chemical munitions and related requirements currently provided by the Deseret Chemical Depot (DCD). All functions of loading and transporting chemical containers, bulk items, and waste containers from their current (DCD) storage locations to TOCDF, the Area-10 Secondary Waste Facility, the Area-10 Liquid Incinerator (ALTIC), and the Detonation of Ammunition in a Vacuum (DAVINCH') will normally be performed by DCD personnel. The items include over packed projectiles, over packed mortars, ton containers, and various-sized waste containers. All items to be demilitarized are currently stored in Area-10 at DCD.
