- a. The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions received. b. Do the children leave the program for meals with their parents or do they have their meals with childcare provider? Meals will be served in the child care areas. Children will not leave to join their parents during meals. c. What are the meal times? Lunch is served about noon on Saturdays and dinner is served about 5:30 p.m. Dinner is only served on the events lasting until 9:00 p.m. d. Will the government provide the final number of children registered prior to the event? The government's intent is to provide a final count prior to each event. e. Will the award be made based on the estimated number or the actual number of children in attendance? The award will be for an estimated amount based on the estimated number of children. f. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged, including the date and time for receipt of quotes.
