- AMENDMENT 1 - PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Gate Attendants #W912BV-11-T-0002 The Tulsa District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement for Gate Attendant Services at various Parks in the states of Oklahoma, Texas, and Kansas. The solicitation will be issued on or about November 8, 2010 and will not be available in paper format or on compact disc. Contractors may view and/or download the solicitation and all Amendments ONLY from the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at the following internet address: www.fbo.gov. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the FBO website (using the above link) for Amendments to the solicitation. The current anticipated proposal due date is Monday, November 22, 2010. The specific due date, time, and location for proposal submission will be identified in the solicitation. Unless specifically requested or authorized by Amendment, no corrections and/or changes to proposals will be allowed after the proposal submittal due time and date. THIS ACQUISITION SHALL BE COMPETED AS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 721211, with a Small Business Size Standard (as identified by the U.S. Small Business Administration) of $7,000,000. Multiple contracts resulting from the solicitation will be awarded to the responsible offerors whose proposals conform to the requirements of the solicitation and whose pricing is the most advantageous to the Government. Each Firm-Fixed-Price contract will be awarded for a Base Year plus two (2) Option Years, with actual reporting dates varying by location of service. OFFERORS ARE REMINDED TO CAREFULLY READ NOT ONLY THE BASIC SCOPE OF WORK, BUT ALSO THE SITE-SPECIFIC SCOPES OF WORK. Use of Federal Business Opportunities website requires prior registration in both the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and the Federal Business Opportunities databases. You may register with CCR at http://ccr.gov/. Once youve completed the CCR registration, you may register in FBO at www.fbo.gov.
