- PR Request 0028512720, NSN: 1270-01-154-4069, Tape Assembly. Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract for 2101 each. This item is manufactured IAW basic drawing NR 97942 536R490 dtd 7/9/07. Solicited is a Service Disabled Veteran Owed Small Business Full and Open competitive basis. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Origin. Government First Article Applies. Required delivery is 90 days without First Article Testing and 218 days with First Article Testing. This NSN is not a critical application item and is not commercial. Automated Best Value Systems (ABVS) applies. Solicitation closing date is December 20, 2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
