- Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other than Full and Open Competition REQUIREMENT: The United States Government intends to award a succeeding lease with expansion using other than full and open competition for an existing lease that is expiring in Tallahassee, FL. The Government will consider relocation if economic and other factors determine an alternative space to be advantageous to the Government. Consideration factors include all tenant improvement costs, moving costs, telecommunications relocation costs, and agency special requirements. LOCATION: Space must be located within the following boundaries: North: US 90 West: Franklin Blvd. East: Blair Stone Road South: US 27 REQUIRED : The Government requires approximately 2,300 usable square feet of space. The space must be contiguous. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: The lease term will be 10 years, with 5 years firm. Occupancy is desired no later than May 30, 2011 OWNERS & AGENTS: To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by November 19, 2010. Owners and Exclusive Agents only. Anyone else must provide a letter of authorization from the building owner.
