- The Naval Special Warfare Development Group (NSWDG) proposes to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with four (4) one-year option periods to Professional Software Consortium (PSC), Inc., 65 Madison Avenue, Morristown, NJ 07960-7354 for technical support services in direct support of the maintenance of T-PAX. T-PAX creates, routes and maintains travel requests. PSC owns the proprietary rights to the T-PAX and IATS software, and its code. PSC is the only source authorized to perform maintenance and installation of the software. There are no authorized distributors. Contract award is estimated to occur on or about 15 November 2010.
