Description: Project Set Aside 100% for Small Business. Project Name: Provide all supplies, equipment and labor to construct an accessible 650 linear feet of concrete sidewalk to the First Fort Smith from the existing gazebo at Bell Point. Location: Fort Smith National Historic Site, Sebastian County, Fort Smith, Arkansas. Award will be made to one Contractor. The National Park Service is soliciting competitive proposals for a fixed-price construction contract to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform all operations required to build a concrete sidewalk. The NAICS code for this project is 237310 and the small business size standard is $33.5 million. A site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, November 17, 2010 at 10:00 am, at the Maintenance Shop, Fort Smith National Historic Site, Fort Smith, Arkansas.
