Description

The General Services Administration currently occupies 7,530 Rentable Square Feet of general office space in Philadelphia, PA. The Government intends on exercising a 5 year renewal option at this location. The Government will consider alternate locations if economically advantageous to the Government and if all space requirements can be met. Factors used in the evaluation include cost of all tenant improvements, the physical move, move coordination, telecommunication costs, security costs, etc... The impact on the agency's mission will also be assessed.
