- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Maryland City: Cambridge Delineated Area: Starting at Spring Street and High Street, south on High Street to Bayly Road to Church Creek Road, east on Church Creek Road to Ocean Gateway (US-50), west on Ocean Gateway to Byrne Street to Hayward Street, south on Hayward Street to Maryland Avenue, west on Maryland Avenue which becomes Market Street to Academy Street, North on Academy Street which becomes Spring Street, back to the point of beginning at Spring Street and High Street. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,645 USF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,927 USF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): Local code Parking Spaces (Surface): Local code Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: § Space must be contiguous, on a single level.
