Description
Statement of Work The Operational Contracting Division, Eglin AFB, Florida intends to solicit and award a contract to obtain fully Contractor-operated and maintained exclusive use helicopter flight services to transport personnel and/or cargo in support of Government natural resource missions. This is a total small business set-aside. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The announcement number is F1TEBY0280A001 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 481219 with a size standard of $7.0 million. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. This is a total small business set aside. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1. Technical -Pass/Fail, in order to be considered for award the offeror must Pass the technical requirements of the SOW 2. Price 3. Past Performance While vendors will not be required to submit a past performance proposal, the Government reserves the right to investigate all offerors to determine if adequate past peformance exists. Any or all data collected will be used to satisfactorily determine the contractor responsible. Those offerors deemed to have poor past performance or inadequate capability will be removed from consideration. (b) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party.
