- U.S. GOVERNMENT WANTS TO LEASE SPACE IN INDIANAPOLIS (GREENWOOD), INDIANA Solicitation Number GS-05B-18326A General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 1,523 to 1,687 rentable square feet of office space, which will yield a minimum of 1,334 to 1,467 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (previously Usable) square feet utilizing a 1.15 common area factor. The space will be occupied by the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service. Lease Term: 10 years, 5 years firm term. Office space must be contiguous on a single floor and have potential for an efficient layout in a professional office setting. Restrooms should be located in the common area of the building, not within the offered space. The space must have convenient interstate and local highway access. The Government requires a fully serviced lease including two (2) reserved parking spaces and additional parking available sufficient to cover the official business needs of numerous visitors. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are desired as part of the rental consideration. Buildings offered for consideration must be of sound and substantial construction of the type generally recognized as contemporary with the ability to demonstrate compliance with all current Federal, General Services Administration/Public Building Services, State and local codes including but not limited to regulations for Fire and Life Safety, Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard, Occupational Safety and Heath Administration and Seismic protection. Space shall not be located within a base (100-year) flood plain or wetland unless the Government has determined it to be the only practicable alternative. The Government shall have access to the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located within the following delineated area: North: E. Thompson Road East: S. Five Points Road/N. 300 East South: CR-900 S West: S. East Street to E. Southport Road to N. IN-135 to S. Meridian Street OCCUPANCY: Occupancy is required by July, 2011 EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1) Building name and address. 2) One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered. 3) Square footage offered. 4) Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet. 5) Name, address, and telephone number of individual to be contacted 6) Evidence of authority to represent the owner.
