- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The following answers were given in response to the RFQ and are being shared with everyone interested in the requirement: 1Q: We are an R&D firm with the capability to develop the system that is being requested by the Corp. However, it seems to me the Corp is looking for a product off the shelf now, is that true? 1A: Yes, it is for product off the shelf. It is a commercial item. 2Q: In trying to confirm that the delivery date for the winning bid will be December 13, 2010, i.e delivery of the actual devices,,, is this correct? If so what would the quantity of the order likely be? 2A: The required delivery date is indeed December 13, 2010. The quantity is two (2). 3Q: Is the technology being requested supposed to be finalized or can the technology be in development? 3A: The requirement is for a finalized product, and not one that is in the development stage.
