- NOTICE OF INTENT The 802 Contracting Squadron intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract to Carl Zeiss Meditec, Inc., located 5160 Hacienda Drive, Dublin, CA 94568. This acquisition is for the purchase of a complete Combi Trion YAG III Complete Laser Therapy System to include the following: Combi Trion Yag III Laser w/IT3L Table and Accento LIO for Trion Laser Opthalmoscope User Manuals Service Manuals The NAICS code of this procurement is 333314 and the size standard is 500. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, vendors believing that they can provide equal or better service may submit in writing a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is the best interest of the Government. Responses must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offereors bona fide capability to provide these services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. All information submitted should support the offerors capability to provide the service required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.
