- The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under solicitation number VA786-11-RP-0018 for the following service: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, and supplies necessary to furnish inscription service for blank granite niche covers to the Government for W. Colorado State Veterans Cemetery, Grand Junction, CO 81501 from January 1, 2011 through 30 September 2011 with (4) one year options if exercised by the Government. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business. The NAICS Code is 327991. Size standard of 500 Employees is applicable. The contractor shall be required to deliver the completed product to the cemetery within twenty (20) calendar days from the date the order was issued by Memorial Program Services (MPS). Award will be made on a lowest priced technically acceptable basis using the following evaluation criteria for this award listed in descending order: 1) Price, 2) Technical, 3) Past performance. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or around November 8, 2010. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., November 23, 2010. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which is available at Fed Biz Opps.
