- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial itemsprepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested in response to this notice and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) DE-RQ75-11SW11032. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-38. This RFQ contains three (3) line items. The line item descriptions are as follows: CLIN 0001 Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and materials necessary to perform vehicle and hot stick testing at Southwestern Power Administration, 305 N Floyd, Jonesboro, Arkansas. The vehicles to be tested are as follows: License Number Type of Equipment 1. E-201907 Truck, Versilift 4X4-Sub 2. E-09935 Truck, Mack Digger-Line 3. E-09941 Truck, Mack National Crane Boom-Line 4. E-09968 Truck, Mack Pole Truck-Line 5. E-10286 Forklift, Yale-Line 6. E-107286 Truck, 2009 International Tractor-Sub 7. E-09986 Truck, Versilift 4X2-Sub 8. E-10370 Forklift, Selick-Sub 9. E-10372 Truck, Manitex Boom-Sub 10. E-200424 Truck, Elliott Man Lift 11. TBD JLG Lift Contractor shall also propose testing on 60 hotsticks. CLIN 0002 Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and materials necessary to perform vehicle and hot stick testing at Southwestern Power Administration, 2858 S Golden, Springfield, Missouri. The vehicles to be tested are as follows: License Number Type of Equipment 1. E09964 Truck, Dump Bed, Chevrolet 2. E09993 Truck, Crane National, Kenworth 3. E10347 Truck, Crane, Kodiak 4. E201928 Truck, Man-lift Altec, Ford Ser# 78370247 Material Handler, CAT TH83 Ser# 0300103338 Man-lift, JLG 450 AJ Contractor shall also propose testing on 60 hotsticks. CLIN 0003 Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and materials necessary to perform vehicle and hot stick testing at Southwestern Power Administration, RR3 HWY10, Gore Oklahoma. The vehicles to be tested are as follows: License Number Type of Equipment 1. E107305 Truck, Sub Bucket 2. E09945 Truck, Boom 3. E09974 Truck, Bucket 4. E10345 Truck, Boom 5. E10393 Forklift, Liftking 6. E200425 Truck, Bucket 7. E201908 Truck, Boom 8. E201918 Truck, Digger 9. E201943 Truck, Digger 10. Warehouse Forklift 11. E107313 Truck, Sub Bucket 12. E10361 Truck, Ford pole truck 13. E201932 Truck, International low boy 14. E107290 Truck, International Tractor 15. TBD JLG Lift Contractor shall also propose testing on 60 hotsticks. All proposals must be FOB Destination to include delivery of CLIN 0001-0003. All proposals must include a proposed delivery date, not to exceed January 15, 2011. **CONTRACTOR MUST HAVE ALL APPLICABLE EQUIPMENT AND CERTIFICATIONS TO COMPLETE TESTING** PROVISIONS: The following FAR provisions apply to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items (completed as follows): (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
