- Description
- This is a pre-solicitation notice for training services in support of a Fiber Reinforced Plastic and Wooden Boat Inspection Course for the U.S. Coast Guard. A request for proposal (RFP) will follow. The U.S. Coast Guard intends to establish a five (5) year Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract to procure training support services for the U.S. Coast Guard Force Command (FC-511). All services and deliverables shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611699. This requirement will be satisfied using commercial acquisition procedures specified in FAR part 12. Contract award will be subject to availability of funds. This procurement will include a requirement for training services in support of a Fiber Reinforced Plastic and Wooden Boat Inspection Course. The contract will be for a 5-year period. A minimum of 1 and maximum of 5 classes will be ordered each year. This pre-solicitation notice is issued for planning purposes only. It does not constitute a request for proposal, nor does its issuance restrict the U.S. Coast Guard's acquisition approach in any manner.
