- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: Eureka, Arcata, McKinleyville Delineated Area: Generally within the city limits of the cities of Eureka and Arcata, and in the community of McKinleyville, all in Humboldt County, California; including the area bounded by the following: NORTH: Intersection of U.S. Highway 101 and Central Avenue in McKinleyville, then continuing west to eastern shoreline of the Pacific Ocean; WEST: The eastern shoreline of the Pacific Ocean south to where it intersects the line of New Navy Base Road (CA SR 255) before SR 255 turns south at the mouth of Mad River Slough, then east along the northern, eastern and southern shore lines of Arcata Bay to the eastern shoreline of Humboldt Bay in the City of Eureka to where Swain Slough intersects Elk River Road; SOUTH: The line of Elk River Road/Ridgewood Drive/Walnut Drive/Dolbeer Street north to Harris Street and Hall Avenue, east to Myrtle Avenue to Old Arcata Road, north to where Old Arcata Road intersects the eastern city limits of the City of Arcata; EAST: The eastern city limit of the City of Arcata north to CA SR 299, east to CA SR 200, north to Azalea Avenue to Sutter Road in McKinleyville, west to Central Avenue, then north to U.S. Highway 101. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 17,621 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 19,383 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 9 spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): 2 spaces Parking Spaces (Structured): 7 spaces Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Additional Requirements: Minimum ceiling height for courtroom space is 16 feet. Vehicle sally port required Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
