Approved sources (05476 - American Fuel Cell), (40536 - Thaxton Curtis Garage), (JRC16C -Northrop Grumman Company) AMC / AMSC: 1C Any manufactures not listed above that wishes to submit a source approval request for this item for future procurements should visit http://www.dscr.dla.mil/userweb/sarguide.doc for details on how to submit a SAR package. This procurement is a large purchase quantity of 210 each. This item is a Critical Application item with Configuration Control. Item is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). The technical data package for this item is subject to Export Control. Government First Article Testing of 1 unit applies to this procurement. The First Article Unit requested delivery is 274 days from the date of award. The Production requested delivery is 274 days from government acceptance/approval of the First Article. FOB is Destination; Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. This is an unrestricted Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for a total quantity of 14 each. Only offers received from valid Small Business entities will be considered. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies: the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Electronic Offers are not acceptable; Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package.
