- SFO Summary Page - 0PA2096 Solicitation for Offers No. 0PA2096 Lease Summary A. Statement of Requirements. The Government is seeking to enter into a lease for space meeting the following requirements: City, State: Philadelphia, PA Delineated Area: Central Business District (area bounded by the Delaware River, 32nd Street, Vine Street, and South Street) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 15,529 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 15,529 Space Type: Class A office Parking Spaces (Total): The parking to square foot ratio available on site should at least meet current local code requirements. Covered parking should have a minimum illumination of 10 foot candles; exterior parking area should have a minimum illumination of 1 foot-candle. Parking for the disabled must be located within the same block. Public Transportation: A commuter rail, light rail, or subway station should be located within the immediate vicinity of the building, but generally not exceeding a walking distance of one-half mile, as determined by the Government. Full Term: Ten (10) years Firm Term: Five (5) years Additional Requirements: Contiguous premises on one floor, preferably above street level for acoustical and security reasons. Subleases will not be considered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire, Safety and Handicapped Accessibility, and Sustainability set forth in the Solicitation for Offers. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. B. Projected Dates.
