- Thailand Offeror Submission Package. Thailand Synposis/Solicitation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The following products will be procured: JP8 -Turbine Fuel, Aviation, NSN 9130¬01-031-5816, Quantity 141,787 US Gallons; Diesel Fuel #2 (DF2)/-34/NSN:9140-00-286-5294, Quantity 27,613 US Gallons; Gasoline, Premium Unleaded (MUP)/-27/NSN:9130-00-148-7104, Quantity 9,434 US Gallons. The total quantity for this acquistion is 172,789 US Gallons.
