Description

Recovery Act - Field Services for Protective Relay Verifications, Testing and Commissioning at Master Substation Protective Relay Racks Scope of Work - without attachments Disconnect and remove existing damaged protective relays mounted on relay racks indicated on drawings attached and as described in the attached Eaton's SLAC Relay Testing Report dated 09-21-2010. Purchase and install new protective relays to replace existing damaged protective relays. Verify, trace and confirm existing wiring of all protective relays mounted on relay racks including PT, CT, and DC control circuits. Perform inspection and electrical tests per ANSI/NETA ATS - 2009 "Standard for Acceptance Testing Specifications for Electrical Power Equipment and Systems" on all existing and new protective relays mounted on relay racks, associated CT's, PT's and DC control circuits as indicated on the single line diagram provided by SLAC. See Section 1.08.5 for the list of SLAC provided drawings. Provide field mark-ups on single line diagrams, three line diagrams, and DC control schmatics provided by SLAC. Provide relay test reports. Note: Interested parties should provide a company capability statement and any Relevant Experience data available via Email. The Estimated Price for this job is between $25,000 and $100,000.
