Description
Scope of Work US Army Minute Man Plaques The Baltimore District Corps of Engineers is responsible for providing aluminum and bronze plaques to all newly established army reserve units in the United States and Puerto Rico. 1. A diagram of the plaque is available under the solicitation package. 2. A template (aka pattern/tooling) for the plaques will be made by the contractor and will become the property of the US Army Corps of Engineers. The plaques are 3D sculputered. The successful awarded contractor will provide written proof of ownership and assigned pattern number to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District, Logistics Management Office, ATTN: VICTORIA ROHR, CHIEF LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT OFFICE, P.O. BOX 1715, BALTIMORE, MD 21203-1715 (410)962-0670. Further, the successful contractor will arrange for storage of the pattern at no additional cost to the Government along with the physical storage location. It is incumbent upon the successful awarded contractor and/or storage location company to notify the above mentioned Logistics Management Office of any proposed change in storage location/change in ownership of the storage location company (i.e. foundry) so the Government is kept informed of the patterns location. 3. The contractor is responsible for delivery of the plaques to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, City Crescent Building, 10 S. Howard Street, Baltimore, Maryland ATTN: MARK HARRIS (410)962- 2018. Each plaque will be individually crated for shipment.
