Description
Solicitation for Offers No. 9TX2689 Lease Summary A. Statement of Requirements. The Government is seeking to enter into a lease for space meeting the following requirements: City, State: League City, TX Delineated Area: Any city in Galveston, Brazoria and Harris Counties that falls within Congressional District 14. Buildings must be accessible to the main corridors (10 travel minutes to I-45, Texas Hwy 288 or Beltway 8). Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,344 ABOA sq. ft. Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): Space Type: Office and related space Parking Spaces (Total): 18 Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): 18 secured Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Contiguous space is required on the 2 nd floor or higher. First floor space may be considered if the tenant agency determines that it is capable of meeting the agency's security requirements. Secure, structured parking is preferred; however, secure surface parking will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Government shall have the right to mount antennas on the roof of the building. Agency cannot be collocated with federal, state, local government agencies or private firms whose primary clientele are involved in or have ties to criminal elements. Agency prefers not to be located near agencies providing probation and/or parole services, halfway houses, drug abuse counseling/rehabilitation programs, and similar social service and welfare type programs, as well as private law firms representing drug offenders. Building entrances/exits are not to be located within a designated drug-free zone (typically this is within 1,000 feet of a school or park boundary). Subleases will not be considered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire, Safety and Handicapped Accessibility, and Sustainability set forth in the Solicitation for Offers. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. B. Projected Dates.
