- Description
- Amendment # 03 to RFQ # 391-11-008 T he purpose of Amendment # 03 is to extend the proposals submission date, correct a typo in SOW and provide answers to questions submitted by the prospective Offerors. The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission to Pakistan intends to hire a Pakistani organization to carry out monitoring of USAID Pakistan budget support (cash transfer) to various government institutions. Planned duration of this purchase order is one year with an estimated range between $100,000 to $150,000. The offeror must provide all required information in its proposal in accordance with the requirement stated in the RFQ. Any future amendments to this RFQ can be downloaded from this website. It is the responsibility of the offeror to ensure that it has received documents related to this RFQ and any future amendment in its entirety from this website. The intent of this notice is to alert potential sources that USAID intends to conduct a procurement using the competitive source selection procedures consistent with FAR 13. FAR 13.105(a) requires the public display and synopsis requirement of FAR 5.101. In following the FAR 13 procedures, USAID does not intend to use a combined synopsis and solicitation. Rather, we intend to solicit according to FAR 13.104, which states that maximum practicable competition ordinarily can be obtained by soliciting quotations or offers within the local trade area. We anticipate issuing one purchase order for the implementation of this project. However, the release of this notice in no way obligates USAID or the U.S. Government to make an award of any type.
