- The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for a firm fixed-price contract for Cisco Maintenance, which will include hardware, service and maintenance 8x5xNBD Support. The vendor selected must provide a portal by which our regional IT staff can login to manage hardware changes, receive information for end-of-sale/end-of-life and vulnerability information for each device/software. This portal is necessary to streamline the management of the maintenance to eliminate waste and maintain accuracy. The areas that will be serviced are Alamagordo, NM; Alamosa, CO; Albuquerque, NM; Animas La Plata (CO,NM); Chama, NM; Curecanti, CO; Durango, CO; El Paso, TX; Elephant Butte, NM; Farmington, NM; Flaming Gorge, UT; Glen Canyon, AZ; Grand Junction, CO; Pleasant Grove, UT; Provo, UT; Socorro, NM; and Salt Lake City, UT. This contract will be a base year with 4 (four) option years. The period of performance for the base year will be from the Award Date to December 14, 2011. Option Year 1 period of performance will be December 15, 2011 through December 14, 2012. Option Year 2 period of performance will be December 15, 2012 through December 14, 2013. Option Year 3 period of performance will be December 15, 2013 through December 14, 2014 and Option Year 4 period of performance will be December 15, 2014 through December 14, 2015. Solicitation No. R11PS40006 will be issued on or about November 22, 2010, and will be available for downloading directly from the following websites: http://www.fedbizopps.gov or http://ideasec.nbc.gov. The date for receipt of quotes is on or about December 6, 2010. This solicitation will be a simplified acquisition conducted under FAR subpart 13.5 Test Program for certain Commercial Items which will be awarded in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. It is anticipated that the contract will be awarded on or about December 13, 2010. This is a total HUBZone set-aside. The NAICS Code is: 423430; the small business size standard is 100 employees. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by this agency. Prospective contractors MUST be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at http://www.ccr.gov to be eligible for award.
