- Description
- The Nebraska National Forests and Grasslands, Wall Ranger Station and Visitor Center located in Wall, SD is looking for a Contractor for Janitorial Services. This is a Performance Based Service Contract. Contractor will furnish all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies and incidentals necessary to clean the Wall Ranger Station and Visitor Center located at 708 Main Street, Wall, SD 57790. The offices consist of approximately 8500 square feet of floor area. Approximately 7500 square feet are carpeted and approximately 1000 square feet are tile or linoleum. Service to be performed between February 14, 2011 through February 12, 2012 with a possibility of two option years. A pre-quote tour will occur on December 8, 2011 at 11:00am MST at the Wall Offices. This procurement requires the use of biobased products to the extent that such products are reasonably available, meet Agency or relevant industry performance standards and are reasonably priced. This requirement is 100 percent set aside for a small business concern. NAICS Code 561720, $16.5 Million. The Solicitation will be posted in the next couple of days.
