- PR No: 0028686585; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Arm Assembly, Torque, Landing Gear to be used on the T-38 Aircraft. This solicitation is for award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The NSN and quantities are as follows: NSN: 1620-00-871-9238 Sources: NORTHROP GRUMMAN TECHNICAL 0JRC1 P/N 6-41646-501 HYDROMACH, INC. 1FG56 P/N 6-41646-501 DULOND TOOL & ENGINEERING, INC. 9M680 P/N 6-41646-501 TRIMAN INDUSTRIES INC. 0ZBE8 P/N 6-41646-501 YEAGER MANUFACTURING CORPORATION 31788 P/N 6-41646-501 Quantity: 900 Each Delivery: Government First Article Testing, 1 TE (1 Unit) 120 days ARO, Government Evaluation is 120 days, Delivery of Production Materials is 270 days ARO. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, Critical Safety Item Surge requirements do not apply. This is not a small business set aside. Other than full and open competition applies to this requirement. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is on or about December 3, 2010. The anticipated award date is February 28, 2011. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Small Business Subcontracting Plan not required.
