Model Sub Contracting Plan EURO Weekly Status Report EURO Minimum Standards Technical Exceptions Spreadsheet Solicitation Check List The US General Services Administration (GSA) Europe Region (EURO) Interagency Fleet Management System (IFMS), has a bona-fide need for the procurement of Sedans, Trucks, SUV’s and Vans in accordance with Federal Standards to meet the continuing needs for the European’s Government’s requirement for vehicles. GSA Fleet is the largest user of this program commercial Sedans, Trucks, SUV’s and Vans for delivery to various locations in Germany, Mainz-Kastel, Euro IFMS, Italy, and Livorno. As the provider of non-tactical vehicles, GSA’s EURO IFMS retains ownership and manages the fleet of vehicles assigned to its customers.
