- Attachment 1 to RFQ No. FA5205-11-Q-MM01, Salient Characteristics RFQ No. FA5205-11-Q-MM01 Infant Ventilator This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation (Request for Quotation) reference number is FA5205-11-Q-MM01. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-38. This procurement is NOT a set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 339112 - Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing. Offerors are required to forward proposal and technical documentation by 11:30am on 02 Dec 2010 (Japan Standard Time). DESCRIPTION: Infant Ventilator. Please refer to the attached RFQ No FA5205-11-Q-MM01.
