- Solicitation Number W81XWH-11-T-0053 will be issued on or about 29 November 2010 and proposals will be due on or about 6 December 2010 @ 4:00PM EST. The Governments requirement is to acquire and install ELISA Kits. The proposal needs to show that all the Minimum Essential Characteristics listed in the solicitation have been met. This will be for US Army Institute of Surgical Research in Fort Sam Houston, TX. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 325414 and will be an unrestricted procurement. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued by this contracting office. All interested parties can view download and print a copy of the solicitation and any resulting amendments on or about 29 November 2010 at the following website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, all contractors wishing to do business with the Department of Defense must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. CCR registration can be completed by going to the following website: www.ccr.gov.
