- Attachment #4 - Workforce Projection Attachment #3 - Inventory List Attachment #2 - Facilities List Attachment #1 - Draft Performance Requirements Industry Day Notice The Command Forward Headquarters (CFH) is currently located at Al Udeid AB (AUAB), Qatar. The CFH requires contractor support to provide required facilities management oversight and resource management to support facility maintenance and operations at the CFH, and as an adjunct, the Rear Area support at Headquarters, USCENTCOM, MacDill, AFB, FL as directed by the Headquarters' Commandant (CCHC). Requirements exist for contractor provided program management of the headquarters facilities under the guidance of CCHC. The majority of maintenance and operations and logistics support will be performed at AUAB with deployments to other locations as needed. The CFH at AUAB is comprised of seven (7) permanent command and control, conference, and related support facilities totaling 311,000 square feet spanning a sixty (60) acre area. There are two (2) billeting dormitories and thirty (37) individual Distinguished Visitors Quarters (DVQ) housed in five (5) separate facilities. In total, the CFH facilities consist of six (6) primary and seventeen (17) supporting buildings used for a variety of personnel and logistical needs. Overall, the facilities accommodate up to 800 personnel in lodging and over 1,200 in office spaces. The base is a 24/7 operation. (SEE ATTACHMENTS)
