- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Corpus Christi Army Depot Contracting Office intends to award a contract for Fabrivision Digitizer Maintenance at the Corpus Christi Army Depot, TX. Negotiations to be conducted solely with Amada America Inc.due to the existence of proprietary equipment. Request for Quotation (RFQ) W912NW-11-T-0023 will be issued on or about November 19, 2010. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotations. This solicitation is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received by the closing date will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This determination is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephone requests. Send all requests for the solicitation package to george.kapusta@us.army.mil.
