Description
Evaluation Study of NEA Investments in K-12 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attachment. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. The National Endowment for the Arts invites contractors to submit a proposal for services described in the attached statement of work. Enclosed you will find a Statement of Work for evaluation of NEA investments in K-12, standards-based arts education programs and partnerships. Please submit your price and technical proposal by December 17, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. (EST). This RFP in no way obligates the U.S. Government to award a contract, nor does it commit the U.S. Government to pay any cost incurred in preparing and submitting your proposal. This is for a six months period. The precise period of performance will be determined at the time of award. Proposals submitted in response to this RFP will be received by courier. Four (4) copies of the proposals should be shipped to: Latonca M. Harris, Contracting Officer, Grants & Contracts Office, National Endowment for the Arts, 1100 Pennsylvania Ave., NW, Washington, DC 20506 Proposals that are faxed will not be accepted. Proposals must be received by the closing date and time stated above. Clearly, specifically, and concisely provide the company name, address, contact person, and telephone number. All Proposals shall reference: RFP 11-04 Evaluation Study of NEA Investments in K-12, Standards-Based Arts Education Programs and Partnerships on the front of the package/page. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-46. *The National Endowment for the Arts continues to experience lengthy delays in the delivery of First-Class and Priority mail. In addition, contents are subject to an irradiation process that may damage material. Until normal mail service resumes, please use courier services.
