- This solicitation is to obtain services for the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), wellness testing (blood profile), support service for critical incident debriefing, and flu shots. The EAP program will provide support in mental, emotioonal, marital, financial, legal alcohol, and drug-related programs. The blood profile program is to secure the services for blood profile evaluation to also include fitness and health risk evaluations. The critical incident debriefing services shall provide an on site counseling for individual, groups, and staff for all incidents requiring counseling services.
