Description

The Postal Service is seeking interest from General/Prime Contractors for a fixed price contract for the Truck Entrance Renovations in Kansas City, KS - Network Distribution Center (NDC). The contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools, transportation, superintendence, services and equipment to complete construction of the truck entrance renovations. The total construction time for this project is 90 days; estimated cost range is $1.4M to $1.8M. THIS SOLICITATION IS OPEN TO GENERAL/PRIME CONTRACTORS WHO MEET THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM REQUIREMENT: (1) Company must have a minimum of five years experience in this type of work. (2) Company must have completed four comparable projects within the past five years. (3) Company must be capable of obtaining performance and payment bonds for 100% of the contract price for this project. (4) Have an established office within a 250 mile radius of the project site at the time of this solicitation. Any award made under this solicitation will be made to the responsible offeror who provides the best value to the Postal Service. Solicitations packages are available for a NON-REFUNDABLE fee of $50.00 per package made payable to ABC Imaging. Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Contact ABC Imaging at 303.573.5757.
