Delineated Area U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Connecticut City: Norwalk Delineated Area: North: Starting at the intersection of Main Ave and Grist Mill Rd - west on Grist Mill to Glover Ave, south on Glover Ave to Main Ave, south on Main Ave to Main St, southeast on Main St to Westport Ave. West: Starting at the intersection of Main St and Cross St - southwest on Cross St to Belden Ave, west on Belden Ave to Van Buren Ave, south on Van Buren Ave to Connecticut Ave, southwest on Connecticut Ave to Richards Ave South: Starting at the intersection of Richards Ave and Connecticut Ave - southeast on Richards Ave to Flax Hill Rd, east on Flax Hill Rd to W Washington St, south east on W Washington St to MLK Dr, northeast on MLK Dr to West Ave, north on West Ave to I-95, east on I-95 to East Ave, north on East Ave to Westport Ave. East: Starting at the intersection of Westport Ave and East Ave - east on Westport Ave ending at the intersection of Westport Ave and Lois St Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,633 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,865 Space Type: Office, Retail Parking Spaces (Total): 1 Parking Spaces (Surface): 1 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 1 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 7 years Option Term: One 5 year option Additional Requirements: If space is not available on the first floor then space shall be served by a minimum of two elevator cabs.
