- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center - Fort Eustis (MICC-EU), Fort Eustis, VA intends to issue a modification to extend the term of the following contracts: W911S0-06-D-0001 with Pal Technologies, 1000 Wilson Blvd, Suite 1000, Arlington, VA 22209-3901; W911S0-06-D-0002 with Karta Technologies, Inc., 5555 Northwest Parkway, San Antonio, TX 78249-3339; W911S0-06-D-0003 with Universal Systems & Technology, Inc., 5870 Trinity PKWY Suite 400, Centerville, VA 20120-1970; W911S0-06-D-0004 with Intelligent Decision Systems Inc., 5870 Trinity PKWY, Suite 200, Centerville, VA 20120-1970; W911S0-06-D-0005 with Logistic Services International, Inc., 6200 Lake Gray Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32244-5896; and W911S0-06-D-0006 with C2 Technologies, Ins., 1921 Gallows Rd, Suite 1000, Vienna, VA 22182-3900. The extensions will be for an additional six-month period with one six-month option period, until a fully competitive follow-on contract can be awarded. The current performance period ends on 7 December 2010. Under the contracts, the contractors shall continue to provide critical Educational and Training Products to the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) until the new follow-on contract is awarded. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 339999 and the size standard is 500 employees. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, on 3 December 2010. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. No solicitation exists at this time.
