- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. THE GOVERNMENT'S INTENT IS TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE ADD-ON TO CONTRACT W9124P-09-C-0017 FOR CONTINUED EFFORT FOR CONCEPTUALIZATION AND PLANNING FOR INFORMATION SUPPORT TO THE LEAD MATERIEL INTEGRATOR (LMI). THE OBJECTIVE OF THE EFFORT IS FOR PLANNING AND CONCEPTUALIZATION TO ENHANCE THE MATERIEL SYNCHRONIZATION CAPABILITY IN SUPPORT OF THE LMI. THE CONTRACTOR IS PROMODEL CORPORATION, 560 EAST TECHNOLOGY AVENUE, OREM, UT 84097-6210. IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 6.302-1, IT HAS BEEN DETERMINED BY THE AGENCY THAT PROMODEL IS THE ONLY SOURCE CAPABLE OF MEETING THE AGENCY'S NEEDS. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals/quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is not a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 541511 and the small business size standard is $25 Million. The small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program is not applicable. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Any offers received will be considered. The following provisions apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, The offeror must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer. 252.232-7003 Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports. 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items.
