- Chemical Workstation Specifications Procure ten (10) exhausted chemical work stations and fourteen (14) storage cabinets, to include installation, for semiconductor device fabrication research. This solicitation is a request for quotations, and all items shall be provided in accordance with the requirements identified in the attached specification sheet. This RFQ is issued under simplified acquisition procedures. Quotations shall be submitted utilizing the following line item structure, with each item separately priced: CLIN 0001: Acid Bench1 (1 EA), CLIN 0002: Stripper Bench (1 EA), CLIN 0003: Developer Bench (1 EA), CLIN 0004: Solvent Lift Off Bench (1 EA), CLIN 0005:Solvent Resist Coat Bench (1 EA), CLIN 0006: Acid Bench2 (1 EA), CLIN 0007: Support Acid Benches (1 EA), CLIN 0008: Support Solvent Benches (1 EA), CLIN 0009: Dessicator Cabinets (3 EA), CLIN 0010: Wafer Cassette Storage Cabinet (1 EA), CLIN 0011: General Storage Cabinet (10 EA) This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The size standard for this effort is 500 employees. NAICS 337127. Delivery: 14 Weeks ARO. FOB: Destination. Payment Terms: Net 30 Days.
