- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: North Dakota City: Minot Delineated Area: Entire City Limits Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,217 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,000 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 30 Parking Spaces (Surface): 30 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 30 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 firm Option Term: None Additional Requirements: Colum spacing must be no less than 20'. The building cannot be more than twice as long as it is wide, public transportation must be within 2 blocks, space must be a professional space not located in manufacturing/industrial areas, must not be located in close proximity to bars, liquor stores, check cashing, businesses with odors/chemicals and smells etc within 75 feet. If offered space is shared commercial/retail space, no eating establishments can be located in the contiguous space. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 500 year flood plain.
