- This is notice that AFGLSC anticipates issuing a requirements type contract for the procurement of quick releases. NSN 1670-01-512-7742MH; PN 990010-9. The contract will have a basic year ordering period along with 4 option year ordering periods. The contract will have the following BEQs. Basic Year BEQ 849EA Option Year I BEQ 238EA Option Year II BEQ 236EA Option Year III BEQ 225EA Option Year IV BEQ 225EA Delivery is required to begin within 6 months after date of award at a quantity of 500EA per month until completion of order. Assets will be shipped FOB origin with destinations specified on each delivery order. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. To request a copy of this solicitation, go to http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Approximate issue date of solicitation is 10 December 2010 with approximate response date of 10 January 2011. All responsible sources may submit a proposal. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit sole source to Conax Florida Corporation. Authority of 6.302-1, Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Technical data is not available for this acquisition. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instructions contained in the RFP. The Government will evaluate past performance utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), and other sources of data as will be stated in the RFP. Proposals will be evaluated and award made in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in the RFP. OFFERORS ARE STONGLY ENCOURAGED TO REVIEW RATINGS IN PPIRS FOR ACCURACY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. All questions regarding the RFP and/or the data packages MUST be submitted in writing to Pamela.M.Bowen@robins.af.mil NO TELEPHONIC QUESTIONS. All questions and answers will be uploaded to www.fedbizopps.gov. However, the identity of the potential offeror will not be included. Offerors are encouraged to register to receive notification for solicitation and all amendments/revisions and to check the FEDBIZOPPS site prior to submission of proposal.
