- Description
- This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base period of one year with provisions for 4 one-year option periods covering NSN 6660-01-566-3161, Radiosondes, in accordance with Vaisala Inc CAGE 63653 P/N RS92-SGPD. The estimated annual quantity is 5856 EA. The guaranteed minimum is 1464 EA which is applicable only to the base year. The Maximum annual contract quantity is 7320 EA. FOB Destination; Inspection Acceptance Destination. Solicitation will be issued Unrestricted on an Other Than Full and Open Competitive basis. Item is commercial. Item is used in support of Meterological Equipment and various ships including the Nimitz Class CVN. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. The expected issue date is December 10, 2010. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
