- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This synopsis/solicitation notice incorporates an Invitation for Bid (VA-243-11-IB-0004) for the procurement of Medical-Grade Liquid Bulk Oxygen for VISN3. The proposed contract will have a twelve-month base period on or about 1/1/2011 through 9/30/2011, with four option years. The NAICS code is 325120. All Bids must be received prior to the bid opening time - 1:00 PM EST on Wednesday, December 29, 2010. Bids are due in the contracting office by 1:00 PM (EST), December 29, 2010 by US Postal Service Mail, express mail (UPS, FedEx, etc.) or hand delivered ONLY.
