- Description
- The HHS/FDA intends to award on a sole source basis an order for a TOP level maintenenace service agreement for a MicroPET Focus 220 to Siemens Preclinical Solutions of Hoffman Estates, Il, for a basic period of one year with an option period of one year. This service maintenance agreement is necessary to support and upgrade the installed equipment and software currently in use in the NCTR Bio-imaging facility at the Jefferson Labs/NCTR and includes preventative maintenenace, software and firmware upgrades, corrective maintenance, technical and applications support, application training, and PET-source replacement at a minimum. Siements Preclinical Solutions is the only technically validated company certified and authorized to provide service on the equipment. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered.
