- REQUIREMENT This is a combined synopsis/solictiation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-46. The Office of Naval Intelligence, Washington, DC has a requirement to procure: Boon Edam TAP 200 Portal Maintenance for 1 year from date of award. The Statement of Work (SOW) is attached. The evaluation factors will be lowest price, technically acceptable. This is an ALL or NONE request for offers. The FAR provisions at 52.212-1 pertain as well as FAR clauses, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5. Additionally, the DFAR clause 252.211-7003. Offers will be accepted via e-mail, only, prior to close of business 15 Nov 2010. No telephone calls will be accepted.
